Bringing Nurses Together
The Oregon Nurse Staffing Collaborative provides a safe table where nurses share best practices, evaluate staffing challenges and opportunities, and create new methods of nurse staffing that strengthen the partnership between nurses, patients and families and other health care team members. These meetings are open to professional nursing personnel working in Oregon hospitals, ONA and OAHHS staff members. Meetings are scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at OAHHS and lunch is provided. A webcast link and conference line provided for every meeting. Below are the following dates for 2020 meetings. The first hour of each ONSC meeting is dedicated to discussion with our colleagues from the Health Care Regulation and Quality Improvement section of the Oregon Health Authority. The last hour of each ONSC meeting is dedicated to roundtable with colleagues from other hospitals and health systems as a safe forum of discussion.
